High Quality & Professional Mindfulness Instruction
Mindfulness is the ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. It is about patience, trust, acceptance and letting go. Mindfulness is a quality we already possess and you can learn how to access it as part of my yoga classes for both adults and children.
When you come to a class with me you will be met wherever you are in your practice. I continue to learn and grow my yoga practice through fellow teachers, students, community, books, conversations and life experiences.
